The Follow-Up Interview.
This is often much more intense than a first interview, particularly for the job applicant. If you know that you have made a good first impression and you have the necessary qualifications then the pressure is on to obtain that job offer.
You will probably be asked to reveal information about your work style and how you function in your current work environment.
Another favourite question will be for you to demonstrate your knowledge, skills and practical experience for the job you have applied.
There could be difficult questions involving personal opinions and ideas. Be as honest as possible but do not get into a lengthy in-depth debate, give short, meaningful, even clever answers, if that demonstrates your personality.
